6 Healthy Snacks To Binge On Netflix
1) Egg Sandwich
Ingredients: Two eggs, two slices of multigrain bread, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.
Did you know, that an egg is considered to be a perfect protein because it contains all the amino acids required by the human body? Yes, this is the reason, any recipe which has egg in it is always considered wholesome and healthy.
All you need to do is heat up a medium-sized pan and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Crack two eggs directly into the pan and cook them on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt, freshly ground black pepper, oregano, and chilli flakes. Toast two slices of multigrain bread to go with the scrambled eggs, and you are good to go!
2) Peanut Butter Sandwich
Ingredients: Peanut butter, two slices of multigrain bread.

It is very easy to make, just toast two slices of multigrain bread and all you have to do is apply a generous amount of peanut butter to your bread slices and that’s it. 3) Peanut Chaat
Ingredients: Peanuts, tomato, onion, red chili pepper, fresh cilantro, lemon juice, and chaat masala
Tangy and spicy peanut chaat is deceptively easy to make and can be relished by almost everyone in the household. The beautiful thing is that peanuts are an excellent source of plant-based protein. You will need salted peanuts (you can also use dry roasted peanuts), 1 medium-sized onion, 1 medium-sized tomato, red chili pepper, fresh cilantro, lemon juice, and chaat masala. Chop all the vegetables and mix them with peanuts and lemon juice. Last but not the least, sprinkle the chaat masala to make it taste better. Your peanut chaat full of flavors is ready to go into your mouth!
4) Roasted Makhana and dry fruits
Ingredients: Makhana, almonds, peanuts, and walnuts.
Dry roast the almonds, peanuts, and walnuts with the makhana in a tablespoon of ghee. Roast it until it changes its color to light brown and it is done. Enjoy this with any type of coffee or tea you prefer!
5) Muesli and Milk
Ingredients: Milk and muesli
All you need to do is heat up the milk then pour it into a bowl. Add muesli into it and it is done. You can also add some dry fruits and fruits if you like. It is a very healthy alternative to all other junk foods.

Ingredients: Chaat masala and any fruits you like.
