A consistent daily routine helps an individual feel in control of their environment, feel safe, secure, and comfortable with their own selves.

A routine lifestyle reduces stress levels that lead to improved mental health, more time to relax, and less anxiety. Our daily routine influences our sleep cycle directly. Better sleep works positively on mental sharpness, performance, emotional well-being, and energy level. Better health comes as a result of just a little extra planning.

Many people view having a routine as being boring, rigid, and stifling as a result they spend their lives living in a capricious and whimsical manner, believing that it frees them somehow. But in my opinion, having a daily routine and adhering to it is the path to freedom, productivity, happiness, and fulfilling our true potential.

A daily routine makes us really efficient as it reduces the need to make decisions each day. It enables us to know exactly what tasks we need to do each day without having to contemplate, decide, or think too much. Activities, actions become more standardized and we become more efficient as a result. A planned routine takes the guesswork out of our day and allows us to wake up to ‘do’ instead of wake up and ‘plan’. It provides a structure and sequence to our lives. . It helps us experience a flow in our lives. Routine saves a lot of precious time. By following a routine, we save a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on planning, decision-making, and preparation. It provides our lives with a framework within which we can design our activities and shape our days and actions accordingly.

Routine predetermines our schedule, allowing us to use our time efficiently and effectively. We automatically build up good habits as a result of repetition. A routine encourages us to repeat the same tasks over and over again. Adhering to routine foster habits that help us to achieve our goals and aspirations. Proficiency is the result of a routine. When we perform a task over and over again, we master it and become completely proficient. As a routine predetermines our actions, there is no room for neglect and forgetfulness. We seem to waste less time on frivolous things. Designing a routine helps us prioritize and decide what is actually important to us. A routine reduces the need for determination and willpower. We don’t actually do a lot of thinking and everything comes naturally to us. It simply becomes, well, ‘routine’.

1. Be a morning person – Always try to wake up early and soak in the sunlight(vitamin D) to kickstart your day with radiant and positive vibes. With more hours in the day you will be able to perform more tasks in a day and keep yourself busy. It will also improve your sleep cycle.

2. Start your day with a healthy drink – A refreshing start can make your day more blissful. Have a fruit or vegetable juice to boost up your energy level and cherish it to give a refreshing start to your day.

3. Workout – Working out is really essential for our personal growth as well as for physical and mental health. Sweat it out,Guys!

4. Cleaning – Add cleaning as an important task in your daily routine. Be active enough to take up this useful job. Making excuses won’t help. To get the toxicity out of your life,your house & your work you need to hustle. Cleaning can bring in that extra exercise in your daily life. Study shows that cleaning helps in reducing stress anf anxiety. It will give a small sense of accomplishment which will keep you motivated throughout the day.
